Position type and expected hours of work: full time, flexible timetable depending on the market and client needs.
On a daily basis: Monday-Thursday 09.00-18.00 (one-hour lunch break), Fridays 09.00-14.00. Occasionally overtime will be required due to events, important calls or meetings.
Role Overview:
We are looking for Growth Marketing Lead - Hybrid Role of CRM focused on Demand Generation.
Reporting directly to the Demand Generation Manager, you will be responsible completely for the operational process for our CRM, Hubspot, leading all automations, data extractions and communications with contact. Communication with our contacts on all Lifecycle Stages, Subscribers, MQLs, all the way to Customers and Nurturing. Our CRM is undergoing changes, so you will have the authority to change and optimize legacy processes, to be discussed with the Business Intelligence team. Understanding communication with Clients, synching Product and Customer Support teams.
You will act as a Partner for Product Marketing Activation, guiding the Product Activation Process within the CRM.On the other hand your focus is demand generation, therefore you will be responsible to “make the most of our contacts” and lead an Account Based Marketing (Outbound) Strategy with Sales. Involving Data Enrichment together with BI and helping Sales have a constant flow of lead.
How will you do that?
CRM Operations:
- Have control on Properties at contact, deal and company level to make the most out of Hubspot
- Create reports and dashboards in Hubspot to help the Marketing team guide decisions - plus guiding the strategy.
- Ensuring correct naming convention is followed across the department.
- Synching Conversions and building target audiences in collaboration together with Paid Media

Become a partner for Product Marketing and CS process automations. Guiding with your knowledge their strategy but not executing it.
Automations and Emails:
- Reporting on all Automation Email Performance
- Calendarizing all communications, either following the current process or changing it, making sure this is as efficient as possible.
- Constant optimization of this communication. You have the responsibility to meet performance benchmarks for all types of emails.
Demand Generation (Account Based Marketing):
- You will lead the first Account Based Marketing Strategy in Rentals United. As we switched to treat our 5 core markets as separate lines of business. You must understand positioning, priorities and marketing strategy in each country, in order to decide where, what and how and we will help sales reach their targets through an “outbound” strategy.
- Strategize with [Demand Generation Manager] how we will create content on each core market and test using Sales SDRs different approaches to convert cold leads into MQLs.
- Working closely with BI to enrich and implement an efficient outbound strategy.
KPI’s for your role:
1. MQL generation from Email Source
2. MQL generated from ABM strategy
3. Lead Generation for Product activation - Synched with Marketing and Product Teams Priorities
Conversion and ROI from these activities is something we will look into recurrently, but will not be your direct responsibility. Our objective is directly linked to Guesty’s - GROWTH.
