Role Overview:
As the Strategic Account Manager, you will be pivotal in consulting real-time growth opportunities in maintaining and nurturing relationships with our top-tier clients. You will serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor, working closely with clients to drive mutual success and growth within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning
    Understand each client's strategic objectives and identify growth opportunities.
    Evaluate client performance and develop action plans for optimization.
    Organize regular calls and business reviews to align with client expectations.
  2. Relationship Management
    Cultivate collaborative relationships with key clients.
    Liaise with internal teams to deliver optimal results for clients.
    Gather and relay customer feedback to relevant teams.
  3. Sales Channel Optimization/Projects
    Assist clients in developing new sales channel connections.
    Lead initiatives for sales channel revenue share deals.
    Analyze sales channel performance and recommend improvements.
  4. Performance
    Forecast and track Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR).
    Work towards achieving MRR targets.
  5. Data Management
    Utilize CRM systems for efficient data management.
    Organize sales cycle records to track progress effectively.
  6. Deliver Proposal
    Arrange meetings with clients for upselling opportunities.
    Conduct product/service demonstrations.
  7. Negotiation
    Negotiate contracts to secure mutually beneficial deals.
  8. Networking
    Engage in online and offline networking activities as required.

Key Performance Indicators: Quarterly and Monthly Recurring Revenue (QRR and MRR)

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in English + Business level in a second language (one of four RU main languages)
  • Prior account management experience
  • Knowledge of MS Office for reporting and documentation
  • Deep understanding of negotiating techniques and marketing tactics
  • Customer-centric and analytical mindset
  • Strong presentation skills

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Understanding of Vacation Rental Business, Property Management Software, or Online Travel Agencies
  • Proficiency in Spanish, French, or other languages
  • Knowledge of CRM or sales management software


Timetable:

  • Early finish on Fridays (2 pm).
  • Flexi Timetable: Minimum 2 days per week to adapt to USA client timetable. (14:00-22:00)
