Role purpose:
We are looking for a Website Optimisation and SEO Executive to take our website performance to the next level.
Reporting directly to our Head Of Marketing, you will be responsible for optimising the performance of our marketing website, www.rentalsunited.com, both through page optimisations and SEO initiatives
How will you do that?
Website Analysis and Optimization:
- Conduct website audits to identify areas of improvement.
- Analyse website architecture, link structure, and content for SEO efficiency.
- Analyse user behaviour, conversion data, and customer journeys to identify areas where leads drop off.
- Implement A/B testing and other CRO strategies to improve website conversion rates.

Collaborate with web developers and designers to enhance site navigation and user experience.
Website Management Tasks:
- Identifying flows on the website and analysing possible optimisation, ensuring a consistent and exceptional user experience

Creating new websites and pages as needed, cooperating with our WordPress developer as needed
- AB test landing pages for acquisition campaigns
SEO Strategy Implementation:
- Collaborating with our SEO agency, you oversee the optimization and contribute to the implementation of our SEO strategy, both on- and off-page
- Monitor and report on search rankings and SEO performance metrics
- Analyse our competitors to detect content opportunities.
- Content Development Support:
- Provide insights and recommendations for content creation and optimization.

Ensure that all website content is optimised for SEO best practices.
Collaboration and Reporting:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align SEO strategies with overall marketing goals.
- Prepare and present regular reports on website performance, test conclusions, and SEO results.
What will you bring to the team?
- You at least 2 years of experience in the website management, CRO or SEO
- Fluent English is a must - another language, ideally Spanish, or French, is a plus
- You have strong command of Wordpress (or other CMS)
- Proven SEO experience, showcased by knowledge of keyword research and backlink development, as well as experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console, AHrefs or similar
- You are self-motivated and curious
- You have great attention to detail and are very organised, with strong command of spreadsheet software
- You are not only a good team player, but you also enjoy being surrounded by international colleagues in a multicultural company.
